Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By accessing or using Shift Mate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Throughout these Terms, “Shift Mate,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Shift Mate LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.
Welcome to Shift Mate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shift Mate website, mobile app, content, products, features, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing or using Shift Mate, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration and Security To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Use of Services You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

4. Subscriptions and Payments Shift Mate offers free and paid plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically and your chosen payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period, unless you cancel your plan prior to renewal. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.
5. Refund Policy We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us at support@shiftmateapp.com within 30 days of your initial payment.
6. Contributor Program If you participate in Shift Mate’s Contributor Program (e.g., submitting content like earnings screenshots, testimonials, or video interviews), you grant Shift Mate the right to use that content for promotional, research, or educational purposes. All submissions must be truthful and not violate third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials on the Services are owned or licensed by Shift Mate and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any Shift Mate content without written permission.
8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Disclaimers The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Shift Mate does not guarantee the accuracy of earnings data or recommendations. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shift Mate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Modifications to Terms We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Your continued use of Shift Mate after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
