Shift Mate Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shift Mate. We stand by the quality of our products and services and want you to be satisfied with your experience. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

 

Digital Services (App Subscriptions and Upgrades)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Shift Mate app subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment and we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.

  • Refund requests must be sent to support@shiftmateapp.com
  • Requests made after 30 days are not eligible
  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days

Physical Products (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories)

We use Printful, a third-party provider, to fulfill physical product orders. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we will replace items that are:

  • Misprinted or defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if the package was lost in transit. If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us at support@shiftmateapp.com within 30 days
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

Returned shipments that go unclaimed after 30 days may be donated to charity by Printful. If you entered an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, you may be responsible for reshipment fees.

Return Address
Returns should not be sent directly to Shift Mate. If a return is approved, we will coordinate the correct return address with you. Unapproved returns may be rejected or donated by the fulfillment provider.

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if misuse or fraud is suspected
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
