How do I report a bug or app error?
Please report any app bugs or glitches via our contact form. Please provide any applicable screenshots. If you're in the app you can also follow Menu -> Settings -> Help -> Feedback

How do I reset my password?
If currently logged in: Go to Menu -> Settings -> Account -> Change Password
If not currently logged in: Please send us a message with your name and email address and we will reset your password. Self service password reset coming soon.

Support Known Issues (iOS)
- iOS reservation holders: Some iOS reservation holders may not see their Premium account status when logging in for the first time. Please ensure you're using the same email address that you used when preordering. If you'd like to update your email address please send us a message.
